REGIONAL AIRPORT (PKB)

Separate, sealed bids will be received by the Airport Manager of the Mid-Ohio Valley Regional Airport, Parkersburg, West Virginia, until Tuesday, April 30, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. EST, when and where they will be opened. The Mid-Ohio Valley Regional Airport is seeking bids for vending machines for use in the Main Terminal and General Aviation buildings. The requirement is for three drink and two snack vending machines with the ability to accept either cash or card payment. All bids must be received by the Airport Authority in a sealed envelope and clearly marked VENDING MACHINE. Any bid may be withdrawn prior to the scheduled time for the opening of the proposals. Any bid received after the time and date specified shall not be considered. Fax copies will not be acceptable.
The Airport Authority reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any irregularities or informalities in the bid or in the request for bid process where the best interests for the Airport may be served.
