Notice of Application
Notice is given that Camden Materials, LLC has applied to the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, for a Regulation 13 Permit Modification to install a portable crushing and screening facility at Parkersburg, Wood County, West Virginia. The latitude and longitude coordinates are: 39.2508 and -81.5309.
The applicant estimates an increase in potential to discharge the following Regulated Air Pollutants will be: PM of 6.11 tons per year (tpy) of which 3.68 tpy are fugitive, PM10 of 2.20 tpy of which 1.17 tpy are fugitive, PM2.5 of 0.35 tpy of which 0.14 tpy are fugitive.
The facility will begin operation under the modified permit when the permit is issued on or about June 15, 2017. Written comments will be received by the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, 601 57th Street, Charleston, WV 25304, for at least 30 calendar days from the date of publication of this notice.
