CLASS II LEGAL AD
The Calhoun County Commission will be accepting bids for a Courthouse Improvement project at the Calhoun County Courthouse located in Grantsville, WV consisting of an upgrade to the HVAC system on the bottom floor of the courthouse.
Bids will be accepted until 9:00 a.m. Wednesday, May 22, 2024 at the Calhoun County’s Courthouse in the County Clerk’s office.
The scope of the work will consist of:
Four New Outdoor Heat Pump Units
Eight Wall Mount Units
Install New Line Sets, Electric and Drain Lines
Perform startup and check operations
Furnish and Install Hard-wired Thermostats and
Line Set and Drain Line Cover
There are no architectural plans or drawings.
