The object of this suit is to obtain a divorce from the bonds of matrimony.
To the above-named Respondent: Amanda Adkins It appears by affidavit filed in this action that the petitioner has used due diligence to determine the address of the Respondent and has been unable to locate it, and therefore the address is unknown to the Petitioner.
It is hereby ORDERED that, Amanda Adkins serve upon Danny Adkins, petitioner, whose address is #2 Goverment Square, Parkersburg, WV 26101, an answer, including any related counter claim or defense you have to the complaint filed in this action on or before June 18, 2024. If you fail to do so, thereafter judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the petition. A copy of said petition can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at her office.
