Notice is hereby given that on the 11th day of July, 2024, at 10:45 A.M. or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, Petitioner, Amanda Kae Jones, will apply by petition to the Circuit Court of Wood County, West Virginia, for the entry of an order by said Court, changing Petitioner’s name from Amanda Kae Jones to Mandie Kae Mitchell. At which time any interested party may appear and be heard, if they so desire. Further said hearing may be researched without further notice or publication. A copy of said petition can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at his/her office.
