Request for Proposals for Archeological Services
The Parkersburg Utility Board is seeking proposals from qualified firms for a phase 1 archeological investigation for the Marrtown Road Sanitary Sewer Improvement project. The investigation shall be conducted in accordance with the West Virginia State Historic Preservation Office’s rules and guidelines.

Proposals are to be submitted at the Utility Board office (125 19th Street, Parkersburg, WV 26101) in a sealed envelope other than the mailing envelope on or before 4:00 p.m. July 23, 2024, at which time they will be publicly opened and read.
The envelope shall be clearly marked – Proposal Enclosed – Marrtown Road Archeological Investigation.
The Parkersburg Utility Board reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any technicalities deemed in the best interest of the Parkersburg Utility Board.
