American Electric Power is proposing to construct a new telecommunications tower facility located along Beech Ridge Road (approx. 1200 feet NE of Coleman Rd), Duo, Greenbrier County, WV. The new facility will consist of a 350-foot self-supporting lattice telecommunications tower.
