Notice is hereby given that on the 30th of August, 2024 @ 2:00 pm or soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, Petitioner(s) Christina Miller will apply by petition to the Circuit Court of Wood County, for the entry of an order by said Court, changing his/her child’s name from Timothy Caleb David Duke to Timothy Caleb David Duke Miller. At which time any interested party may appear and be heard, if they so desire. Further, said hearing may be rescheduled without further notice of publication.
