ORDER OF PUBLICATION
The object of this suit is to terminate parental rights and obtain the adoption of ALIEGHA MARIE JOHNSON.
It is hereby ordered that ALEX BLAKE JOHNSON, father of the above minor child, serve upon John A Williams, Esq., whose address is 327 Ninth St., Parkersburg, WV 26101, an answer including any related counterclaim or defense you may have to the petition filed in this action within thirty days of the date of the first publication. If you fail to do so, at any time thereafter judgment by default, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you that will terminate your parental rights. This hearing will take place in the Circuit Court of Wood County, West Virginia, 1 Court Sq. STE 201, Parkersburg, WV 26101 on Monday, October 7, 2024 at 1:30 p.m.
This order shall be published once a week for two successive weeks as a Class II Legal Advertisement.
A copy of said petition can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk of this office. Entered by the Clerk of said Court on September 17, 2024.
