Notice is hereby given that on the 29th day of October, 2024, Robert Hines filed in the Circuit Court of Hancock County, West Virginia his petition for permission and authority to change the name of Amari Daniel Gegas to Amari Daniel Gegas-Hines.
Notice is further given that on the 12th day of December, 2024, at 8:45am in the Circuit COurt of Hancock COunty, West Virginia, the Honorable David Sims, will hear said petition for change of name and will examine under oath the party in interest and any witnesses as any party in interest may deem proper.
Further notice is given the hearing date and time may be rescheduled withour further notice or publication.
