ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
The City of New Cumberland will be accepting bids for the City to purchase the following piece of equipment from an individual or dealer: Kubota L2502 with a LA526 front loader, BH77 Backhoe, and an FDR 1672 72″ finish mower. Bids will be received from January 17, 2025 through January 31, 2025 until 4:00 p.m. The envelopes shall be addressed to the City of New Cumberland, 204 N. River Ave, New Cumberland, WV 26047 and shall be identified with “Tractor bid 2024”, the Bidder’s Name and Address of the Bid is sent by, the sealed envelope shall be enclosed in a sperate mailing envelope with notation “SEALED BID ENCLOSED” on the face thereof. If the bid documents are in order the Form of Proposal will be publicly read aloud. If any bid documents are missing the bid will be considered non-responsive and will be returned to the Bidder. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
