A Public Hearing for the Board of Zoning Appeals is scheduled for Tuesday, February 4, 2025, in Council Chambers, Weirton City Building, 4:30PM. The purpose of this meeting is to review the following application(s):
a) Premium Guard, Inc. is requesting Conditional Use approval to permit a light industrial use at 491 Park Drive (Tax Map W3, Parcel 4.1, 5.1, 7, and 7.14). Table 1, Permitted Land Use Table provides supplemental regulations for this use under Article 10.18 of the Unified Development Ordinance.
b) Spirit Energy Services LLC is requesting Conditional Use approval to permit a recycling/transfer operation at 401 Three Springs Drive (Tax Map W3, Parcel 8). Table 1, Permitted Land Use Table provides supplemental regulations for this use under Article 10.25 of the Unified Development Ordinance.
c) Election of officers.
Applicants must appear in person; all interested parties may appear in person or be represented by an agent, attorney, or submit comments in writing giving reasons for either granting or denying this petition.
