ORDER OF PUBLICATION
The above entitled action is a civil suit which is brought on behalf of the Plaintiffs, Randall A. Sullivan and Jennifer K. Sullivan for the judicial quieting of the title to the Property described in the Complaint as to any interest that Codey A. Settle, Katrina L. Tallhammer, Jacob Settle, Daniel Settle, Neil Settle and any Unknown Heirs or Beneficiaries of the Estates of Paul C. Settle, Sue M. Settle, Paul R. Settle and Clayton James Settle, deceased, may have in the Property, the removing of any cloud upon the title which might exist thereon, and for other relief.
And it appearing by an Affidavit filed in this action that the whereabouts of the Defendants Jacob Settle, Daniel Settle and Neil Settle are unknown and that counsel for the Plaintiffs has used due diligence to ascertain such information without effect. It is therefore ordered that the Defendants Jacob Settle, Daniel Settle and Neil Settle, do serve upon Stephen L. Thompson, Plaintiffs’ attorney, whose mailing address is P. O. Box 129, Charleston, West Virginia, 25321, an answer or other defense to the Complaint filed in this action on or before February 28, 2025, otherwise judgment by default will be taken against the Defendants at any time thereafter. A copy of said Complaint can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at her office.
