A Public Hearing for the Board of Zoning Appeals is scheduled for Tuesday, March 4, 2025, in Council Chambers, Weirton City Building, 4:30PM. The purpose of this meeting is to review the following application(s):
a) Darl Magee is requesting a seven (7) foot height variance for a new accessory structure at 3624 Riverview Drive (Tax Map W42R, Parcel 427). Article 11.02, Table 2, Development Standards permits a maximum fifteen (15) foot height for Accessory Structures in the R-2 zoning district.
Applicants must appear in person; all interested parties may appear in person or be represented by an agent, attorney, or submit comments in writing giving reasons for either granting or denying this petition.
