NOTICE
To: DUSTIN A. WILSON, OCCUPANT, DUSTIN A. WILSON, OR HEIRS AT LAW, DEVISEES, CREDITORS, EXECUTORS, ADMINISTRATORS, TRUSTEES, ATTORNEY IN FACT, REPRESENTATIVES, SUCCESSORS OR ASSIGNS, CO-OWNERS, OCCUPANT, OTHER PARTIES HAVING AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE DELINQUENT PROPERTY, AND OTHER PARTIES THAT MAY HAVE ANY INTEREST IN THE SUBJECT PROPERTY, or heirs at law, devisees, creditors, representatives, successors, assigns, all known heirs, guardians, conservators, fiduciaries, administrators, lienholders, co-owners, other parties having an undivided interest in the delinquent property, and other parties that may have any interest in the subject property.

You will take notice that H3 LLC, the purchaser of the following real estate, Cert No. 2023-C-000035, located in CHESTER CORP District, S PT 22 WLS ADN LA AVE which was returned delinquent or nonentered in the name of WILSON DUSTIN A, and was sold by the deputy commissioner of delinquent and nonentered lands of HANCOCK Count at the sale for the delinquent taxes on July 25, 2024. H3 LLC requests that you be notified a deed for such real estate will be made on or after August 1, 2025, as provided by law, unless before that day you redeem such real estate. The amount needed to redeem on or before July 31, 2025 will be as follows:
