Notice of available funding to serve as One-Stop Operator in the Workforce Development system.
Through independent procurement entity Marcella Consulting Corporation, THE NORTHERN PANHANDLE WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT BOARD, INC., requests proposals from qualified entities, individuals and organizations to serve as One-Stop Operator for the American Job Center (One-Stop) system of the Northern Panhandle of West Virginia under the provisions of Title I of the Federal Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA), for the period beginning July 1, 2025.
Services are for West Virginia Workforce Development Region 5 serving Hancock, Brooke, Ohio, Marshall, Wetzel and Tyler Counties.
Proposals must include a complete scope of work, qualifications of organization(s) and individuals fulfilling the proposed duties and all costs associated with the work proposed.
Deadline to apply is April 28, 2025, no later than 5:00pm (EDT)
