NOTICE
NOTICE IS HEEBY GIVEN that MARK D. PANEPINTO dba EASTERN DEVELOPMENT COMPANY has brough a civil action concerning a case that is pending in the Circuit Court of Hancock County, West Virginia. The object of the above-entitled proceeding is to recover damages of accruing from damages to real estate caused by a roofing contractor, its employee(s), and/or the electrical power company.
It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that said WILLIAM DUNBURG, and JEFFREY C. MOZIEJKO, both individually and dba INTEGRA ROOFING, LLC, and TOM HOOVER, and INTEGRAL ROOFING, LLC, and, TOM HOOVER, and, INTEGRAL ROOFING, LLC are parties to the complaint filed in this action; it is
Ordered that said WILLIAM DUNBURG and JEFFREY C. MOZIEJKO, both individually and dba INTEGRAL ROOFING, LLC, and TOM HOOVER, and, INTEGRAL ROOFING, LLC appear and serve upon Mark D. Panepinto, Plaintiff’s attorney, whose address is 955 National Road, Wheeling, WV 26003, an answer or other defense to the complaint filed in this civil action within thirty (30) days of this publication, otherwise judgment by default will be taken against them at any time thereafter.
