NOTICE
The object of the above-captioned action is custody of a child and possible termination of parental rights.
Notice is hereby given that a Hearing will be held before The Honorable Joseph E. Barki, Judge, in his Chambers located in the Hancock County Courthouse, 102 Court Street, New Cumberland, West Virginia, on April 22, 2025, at 1:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard. The purpose of the hearing is to determine whether the parental rights of the Respondent, Ian Blackwell, biological father of a child born February 24, 2020, and John Doe, biological father of a child born December 28, 2023 should be terminated.
Notice is hereby further given to Respondent Ian Blackwell and Respondent John Doe, of his right to counsel at every stage of the proceeding and that such proceeding can result in the permanent termination of his parental rights.
Notice is hereby further given to the Respondent Ian Blackwell and Respondent John Doe, that a copy of the petition and possible termination of parental rights can be obtained from the Hancock County Circuit Clerk at the Clerk’s office located in the Hancock County Courthouse, 102 Court Street, New Cumberland, West Virginia.
