PUBLIC NOTICE Notice of Destruction of Education Records Ravenswood High School will maintain personally identifiable information including a permanent record of a student’s name, address and phone number, transcript, attendance record, classes attended, grade level completed, and year completed without time limitations. Other educational records, including special education records (with the exception of the last IEP and EC), which are no longer needed to provide educational services to a student, may be destroyed five years from the date the student exited the system. Educational records of students graduating the school year 2020 will be destroyed after August 1, 2025. Any parent/guardian or student (18 or older) who exited Jackson County Schools prior to August 1, 2025 may obtain copies of educational records by contacting the school at 304-273-9301. Records will not be available longer than five years following the student exiting the system.
