NOTICE OF CORRECTIVE
ACTION AND INTENT
TO DEMOLISH
Notice is hereby given pursuant to the International Property Maintenance Code and applicable provisions of West Virginia law that the following properties have been condemned by the City of Belington Code Official as unsafe and unfit for habitation:

1. 250 High Street, Belington, WV 26250 – Owner: Wayne West – IAS # 02 1100300000
2. Bridge Street, Belington, WV 26250 – Owner: Derrick Properties, Inc. – IAS # 02 702330000
The structures have been abandoned and remain in violation of City property maintenance standards. Failure of the property owners or other interested parties to take corrective action within ten (10) days of this publication will result in demolition and removal by the City of Belington, with all costs assessed as a lien against the real property.

Sealed bids for the removal and installation of floor drain system at Transportation De-
partment, 3451 S Pleasants Hwy, St. Marys, WV 26170, until October 20th, 2025 at 10:00 AM, at which time and place all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.
