NOTICE OF SPECIAL
PUBLIC HEARING
THE BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS OF THE CITY OF PARKERSBURG WILL CONDUCT A SPECIAL PUBLIC HEARING ON WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 19TH , 2025, AT 6:30PM, IN THE CITY COUNCIL CHAMBERS OF THE PARKERSBURG MUNICIPAL BUILDING, ONE GOVERNMENT SQUARE, PARKERSBURG, WEST VIRGINIA. AT THAT TIME AND PLACE ANY INTERESTED PARKERSBURG RESIDENT OR PROPERTY OWNER IS INVITED TO COMMENT ON AND AID THE BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS IN CONSIDERING THE FOLLOWING:

1. Requesting to waive the space provisions under Section 1361.08 of the City of Parkersburg Zoning Ordinance to permit a video lotter establishment within 1,500 feet of a residential district at 2107 Pike Street (Tax Map: 115 Parcel: 1)
