Public Notice
The City of Parkersburg/Wood County HOME Consortium’s Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) of the program year 2018-2019 for the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and HOME Programs are available for public review. The CAPER outlines expenditures of CDBG and HOME funds during the past program year (July 1, 2018 through June 30, 2019) and also outlines programs and accomplishments including individual project status.
The CAPER is available for public review in the Development Department on the fifth floor of the Municipal Building, One Government Square. Parkersburg, WV. The CAPER will also be available to view on the City of Parkersburg website under the ‘links’ section beginning October 23, 2019.
The City will accept comments on the CAPER for a period of fifteen (15) days from the original publication of this notice. The CAPER, as well as any appropriate comments will be sent to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development for their review.
The City will also hold a public forum concerning the CAPER on November 6, 2019 at 5:00PM in the Glen Meeks conference room in the City Council Chambers on the 2nd floor of the Municipal Building, One Government Square. Parkersburg, WV.
