ADOPTION PUBLICATION LEGAL DESCRIPTION: NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF MINOR CHILD Please take notice that on the 16th day of December, 2025, at 1:30 p.m., in Keyser, Mineral County, West Virginia, before the Honorable F. Cody Pancake, III, whose courtroom is located at the Mineral County Courthouse, 150 Armstrong Street, Keyser, West Virginia, a hearing will be held on a Petition for Adoption to adopt a minor male child, born on March 10, 2014, in Monongalia County, West Virginia, at which time the prospective adoptive parents shall further request an Order be entered by said Court granting their prayer for adoption of the said minor child. This order will materially affect the parental rights of the biological father and biological mother as their rights could be terminated. If the biological father or biological mother of said minor child has any objections to said adoption, they shall therefore appear at the time, place and date aforesaid and make such objections known.
