Notice The Housing Authority of the City of Spencer, is developing its Agency’s Annual Plan for fiscal year 2026, in compliance with the Quality Housing and Work Responsibility Act of 1998 and new HUD guidelines. A public meeting will be held on Friday, November 14, 2025, at 11:00 a.m., in the community room at Sunset Apartments. Everyone is invited. Once completed, the plan will be available for review at the Authority’s office, located at 601 Market Street, Spencer, West Virginia 25276. The hours of operation are 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon.
