Request for Bids The Mineral County Development Authority is seeking bids for Parking lot Improvements at Entrance #3 located at the old Anchor Glass Plant located at 598 Waxler Road, Keyser. Persons interested in submitting a bid should contact the operations director at [email protected] or call at 304-788-2233 to obtain a bid packet. Bid shall be awarded on a lump sum basis. All bids must be received at the Mineral County Development Authority located at 87 North Main Street Suite 1 Keyser, WV 26726 by December 9th,2025 by 3:00 PM, Bids will then be opened at 3:15 pm on that day.
