The City of Parkersburg will receive sealed bids for CURBSIDE RECYCLING COLLECTION SUBSCRIPTION. ****Bids will be received in the office of the Finance Director, First Floor, #1 Government Square, Parkersburg WV 26101, until 4:00 P.M., THURSDAY, DECEMBER 18, 2025 local time. ALL SEALED BIDS SHALL BE PUBLICLY OPENED AND READ ALOUD AT 10:00 A.M. FRIDAY, DECEMBER 19, 2025 local time.
***Mandatory pre-proposal meeting for eligible proposers on Thursday, November 20, 2025 at 2:00 pm on the 2nd floor of the City Building.
Interested bidders may receive bid information and specifications on our website at parkersburgwv.gov
Vendors shall be registered in the state of West Virginia.
