PUBLIC NOTICE
There will be a meeting of the Ronceverte Board of Zoning Appeals on Tuesday, December 3, at 5:30 p.m. at Ronceverte City Hall to review a variance request by Delsie Simmons, Lot 3, Valley Drive, O’Brien Subdivision, Ronceverte, WV 24970, regarding the prohibition of mobile homes outside of mobile home parks.
Ronceverte Municipal Zoning Ordinance, Article V, Section 510 B, states that mobile homes, as defined in Section 202, shall be prohibited outside of Mobile Home Parks. Factory built housing is referenced in Article V, Section 510 of the Ronceverte Zoning Ordinance. The Ronceverte Municipal Zoning Ordinance may be viewed in its entirety at Ronceverte City Hall, 182 W. Main Street, Ronceverte, WV.
