PUBLIC NOTICE – REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS The City of Ravenswood, West Virginia is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified firms or individuals to serve as a Qualified Environmental Professional (QEP) for the City’s EPA Brownfields Community-Wide Assessment Grant.
