James King unknown unknown Defendant Civil Action No. 26-M18C-00013 The object of the above entitled action is an Unlawful Detainer. The Plaintiffs allege the following as true and accurate. James King abandoned his trailer in our trailer park on Cedar Lakes Drive in August 2024. His last rent payment was July 2024. He is currently behind on rent payments for 18 months he owes $2,100.00. Plaintiffs are requesting the abandoned trailer of James King to be awarded to them as they will be responsible for having the trailer removed and debris cleaned from lot and/or remodeled to make it habitable. And it appearing by an affidavit filed in this action that the Defendant is a non-resident of the state of WV for whom no agent, or appointed or statutory agent or attorney-in-fact upon whom service may be had is found in the State. it is ordered that James King do serve upon Jackson County Magistrate Court Tamra Milhoan, Magistrate, whose address is 100 Court Street; Ripley, WV 25271 an answer or other defense to the complaint filed in this action on or before 02/13/2026, otherwise judgment by default will be taken against James King at any time thereafter.
