Notice is hereby given that on the 19 day of Feb 2026 at 11:00am or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, Petitioner, Madelyn Renee Goff will apply by petition to the Circuit Court of Wood County, West Virginia, for the entry of an order by said Court, changing Petitioner’s name from Madelyn Renee Goff to Madelyn Goff Napier. At which time any interested party may appear and be heard, if they so desire. Further said hearing may be rescheduled without further notice or publication.
