The WV State Purchasing Division, on behalf of the General Services Division, is seeking bids for a project to renovate the historic Holly Grove Mansion (Building 10) on the WV State Capitol Complex. This is a unique opportunity for a contractor to participate in providing a new future to the oldest property on the WV State Capitol Complex!
