Notice is heeby given that on the 30th day of April, 2026, at 10:00 o’clock, a.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, Petitioner, Samuel Joseph Owen Fridley will apply by petition to the Circuit Court of Randolph County, West Virginia, before the Honorable Judge David H. Wilmoth, for the entry of an order by said Court, changing Petitioner;s name from Samuel Joseph Owen Fridley to Samuel Owen Yoku. At which time any interested party may appear and be heard, if they so desire. Further, said hearing may be rescheduled without further notice or publication.
A copy of said Petition can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at his officce.
