Notice is hereby given that on the 15th day of May, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. on the said
day, or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, before the Honorable Judge
Jeffrey D. Cramer, Gracie Greenlee for daughter, Ruby Grace Fackler, will apply
by petition to the Circuit Court of Tyler County, West Virginia for entry of an Order by
said Court changing her name from Ruby Grace Fackler to Ruby Grace Greenlee
at which time and place any interested party may appear and be heard, if they
so desire.
You are hereby notified that this matter may be rescheduled without further notice or
publication.
