APPENDIX A PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION OF WEST VIRGINIA CHARLESTON TARIFF FORM NO. 10 NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO CHANGE RATES (Tariff Rule 19-A) CASE NO. 25-0951-PSD-19A NORTHERN JACKSON COUNTY PUBLIC SERVICE DISTRICT On November 19, 2025, Northern Jackson County Public Service District filed with the Public Service Commission of West Virginia an Application requesting increased rates and charges for furnishing sewer service to approximately 103 customers in Jackson County, West Virginia. The Staff of the Public Service Commission have reviewed the Application and recommended increased rates and charges designed to produce approximately $17,565 annually over current rates, an overall increase of 31.19%. The current and recommended rates are as follows: Current Recommended Rates (w/metered water supply/1,000 gals.) $ 10.75 $ 14.19 Flat Rate Charge (per month) $ 48.38 $ 63.86 Minimum Charge $ 32.25 $ 42.57 Anyone desiring to review the Staff recommendation report may do so on the Commission website (www.psc.state.wv.us). Anyone desiring to protest the changed rates and charges must do so, in writing, within ten (10) days of the date of notification of this notice. All protests may be filed on line through the Commission website using the “Submit a Comment” link or may be mailed to the Executive Secretary, Public Service Commission of West Virginia, P. O. Box 812, 201 Brooks St., Charleston, West Virginia 25323, or hand-delivered to the Public Service Commission. To help the Commission determine the justification for additional review and investigation, protests must be specific as to reasons that the changed rates and charges should be modified. The Commission may adopt rates and charges which are the same as, greater than or less than the Staff-recommended rates and charges.
