LEGAL NOTICE
The County Commission of Wood County will be accepting sealed bids for the demolition, cleanup, and removal of a structure on property located at 33 Homewood Road, Washington, WV 26181.
Detailed demolition specifications may be obtained in the Wood County Compliance Office, 1 Court Square, Room 204, Parkersburg, WV 26101, or requested by email to [email protected].
All sealed bids must be received in the County Administrator’s Office, Room 205 of the Wood County Courthouse, no later than 9:30 A.M. on April 27, 2026; with bid opening to be held in the regular scheduled meeting of the County Commission at 10:00 A.M., on April 27, 2026. Please put “SEALED BID FOR 33 HOMEWOOD ROAD” on all sealed envelopes.
The County Commission reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids.
