NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC As required by the US Department of Housing and Urban Development’s Quality Housing and Work Responsibility Act of 1998, the Housing Authority of the City of Keyser has developed a draft of the following plans and polices: Annual PHA Plan for fiscal year 2026. This Plan is available for review at the Authority’s administrative office located at 470 Virginia Street, Keyser WV 26726 during normal business hours, Monday thru Thursday from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm staring April 21, 2026. The public, participants of the Public Housing and Voucher programs are encouraged to review the Annual Plan, submit comments and to attend the public hearing scheduled for May 21, 2026, at 9:00 AM at the Housing Authority office located at: 470 Virginia Street, Keyser, WV 26726.
