ROANE COUNTY ANIMAL SHELTER BIDS FOR MOWING Sealed Bids will be received by the Roane County Commission until 10:00 am on Thursday, May 14, 2026, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud for the mowing and weed eating at the Roane County Animal Shelter for the 2026 season. Bidders must complete an Animal Shelter Mowing Bid Form available at the Shelter, Courthouse, or online at www.roanewv.com under Bidding Information or call 927-0078. The Roane County Commission reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any information therein. All bids shall be valid for a period of thirty (30) days from the day of opening. Each bid form shall be submitted in a sealed envelope, addressed to the Roane County Commission, 200 Main Street, Spencer, West Virginia 25276. Each sealed envelope containing a bid must be plainly marked on the outside as BID for Roane County Animal Shelter Mowing 2026. Any person or entity submitting a bid on this project hereby certifies, indicates and acknowledges that he/she has a valid business license, is insured and meets all the qualifications required to do business in the state of WV.
