Bid Proposal Concrete Parking Lot Construction Roane County Commission – Spencer, West Virginia Request for Bids Request for sealed bids to provide labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to construct a new concrete parking lot at the former Courthouse Annex behind the courthouse, including proper site preparation, compaction, concrete placement, and integration with the existing parking lot. Sealed Bids will be received by the Roane County Commission until 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, May 14, 2026. At which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud for the Concrete Parking Lot Construction behind the Roane County Courthouse.
