The object of this suit is to obtain an Adoption.
The Order of Publication shall give the style of the suite as follows: In the Circuit Court of Wood County, West Virginia, In re: The Petition of Austin T. Spencer, and Shianne N. Spencer, for the Adoption of GLF, a minor child under the age of eighteen (18) years, and for a change of name of said child, Case No. 26-A-10, before the Honorable Judge J.D. Beane.
It is ordered that the Putative Father, Jason Hernandez-
Garcia, is to serve upon the Circuit Court of Wood County, West Virginia located at #2 Government Square; Parkersburg, West Virginia 26101, an Answer or other defense to the Petition within 30 days of this publication otherwise that judgment by default will be rendered against the Putative Father.
A copy of said Petition can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk, Celeste Ridgway, at her office at the aforementioned address.
