NOTICE OF
PUBLIC TEST FOR VOTING MACHINES
In accordance with West Virginia Code §3-4A-13A,
Notice is hereby given that the electronic systems ballot
and vote recording devices to be used for ELECTION
DAY for the PRIMARY ELECTION to be held on May
12, 2026, will be inspected on Tuesday, May 5, 2026, at
9:00 am at the Tyler County Courthouse, 350 Park
Avenue, Middlebourne, WV.
The test is open to any candidate and one
representative of each political party on the ballot.
