The object of the above entitled action is for the Plaintiff to obtain monetary relief in a
debt owed from a bridge loan that was made on 10/31/2023 in the amount of
$10,000.00, to be awarded to the Plaintiff and for such other and further relief that the
Court may deem just and proper.
And it appearing by an affidavit filed in this action that Christian Bunn Livinstone was
known to be a resident of the State of West Virginia The Defendant has not been
served, after service was attempted twice by the Sheriff of Tyler County which was
presented on the Defendant’s Drivers License.
It is ordered that Christian Bunn Livingstone do serve upon Lynnsie Cline magistrate, whose address is PO Box 127, Middlebourne, WV 26149 filed in this action on or
before May 22, 2026 an answer or other defense to the complaint otherwise judgment
by default will be taken against Christian Bunn Livingstone at any time thereafter. A
copy of said complaint can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at her office.
