This notice is to inform Lee Johnson that a 1985 mh was not transferred and has been abandoned at 55 thorn street. It was attached to land but process was never finished of destroying title. It has been abandoned since 2006. You have 10 days to remove said property and to pay all towing, preservation, storage, charges resulting from taking and placing vehicle into custody. Failure of owner/lien holder of record does not exercise their right to reclaim the vehicle within a 10 day period. Shall be deemed a waiver by the owner/ lien holder of record of all rights, title, and interest in the vehicle and of their consent to the sale or disposal of the disposal of the abandoned or junked vehicle.
