Notice is hereby given that on the 11th day of June, 2026, at 10:30am, or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, Petitioner(s), Elliot Golias will apply by petition to the Circuit Court of Wood County, West Virginia, for th entry of an order by said Court, changing his/her child’s name from Emilia Marie Filozof to Emilia Marie Filozof-Golias. At which time any interested party may appear and be heard, if they so desire. Further, said hearing may be rescheduled without further notice of publication.
