NOTICE TO CREDITORS

TO ALL CREDITORS OF JOSHUA STAUBS, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THOSE HOLDING LIENS BY JUDGMENT OR OTHERWISE ON ANY OF THEIR RESPECTIVE REAL ESTATE, OR ANY PART THEREOF.

In pursuance of a decree of the Circuit Court of Berkeley County, West Virginia, made in a cause therein pending, CC-02-2024-C-526 to subject the real estate of Joshua Staubs to the payment of his debts, including those which are liens on any such real estate, or any part of it, you are hereby required to present your claims to the undersigned for adjudication at the office of Abraham M. Ashton, Esq., located at 208 S. Queen Street, Martinsburg, Berkeley County, West Virginia 25401, on or before the 30th day of June, 2026; otherwise you may by law be excluded from all benefit of such real estate.
