OBJECT OF SUIT AND ORDER OF PUBLICATION:
The object of this action, suit or proceeding is to quiet title to a parcel of real estate situated in Parkersburg District, Wood County, West Virginia assessed as Map 121 parcel 61, Hazel Street, Parkersburg WV.
It appearing that one or more of the Defendants, may be a non-resident, have an unknown address or otherwise be a unknown persons having a claim or interest in the above real estate, it is hereby ORDERED that such unknown persons serve on Robert K. Tebay, III, whose mailing address is 543 5th Street, Parkersburg WV, an Answer, including any related counterclaim or defense you may have to the Complaint, on or before the 22nd day of June, 2026. If you fail to do so, thereafter Judgment upon proper hearing may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
A copy of the Complaint can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at her office.
