NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC As required by the US Department of Housing and Urban Development’s Quality Housing and Work Responsibility Act of 1998, the Housing Authority of the City of Keyser has developed a draft of the following plans, polices and updated utility allowances and flat rents: The No Smoking Policy, Pet /Support Animal Policy, utility allowance and flat rents for our Public Housing & our utility allowance schedule for the HCV Program have been amended. These Policies are available for review at the authority’s administrative office located at 470 Virginia Street, Keyser WV 26726 during normal business hours, Monday thru Thursday from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm staring May 28 2026. The public, participants of the Public Housing and Voucher programs are encouraged to review the Polices, submit comments and to attend the public hearing scheduled for July 6, 2026 at 9:00 am 470 Virginia Street.
