The object of this suit is to obtain a divorce from the bonds of matrimony.
To the above-named Respondent: William Allen
It appears by affidavit filed in this action that the petitionerhas used due diligence to determine the address of the Respondent and has been unable to locate it, and therefore the address is unknown to the Petitioner.
It is hereby ORDERED that William Allen serve upon Britnay Gainer, Petitioner, whose address is #2 Government Square, Parkersburg, WV, 26101, an answer, on or before July 6, 2026. If you fail to do on, thereafter, judgment, upon proper hearing, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the petition.
