The Monongalia County Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on the following request on Wednesday, July 1*, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. in person at the address below or via conference call at number 646-568-7788 and Meeting ID 841 8102 9010 There is no Participant ID. Case MA 001-2026: Request for an Amendment to the West Run Planning District Zoning Map from Low Density Residential (R-1) to General Commercial (C-2) for the property legally described as Union Tax Map Tax Map 21 Parcels 20, 21, 22, 23, 23.1, 24, and 25. These parcels are near the corner of Stewartstown and West Run Rd.
Case DSI 002-2026: A proposal to consider a Development of Significant Impact review for the property legally described as Morgan Tax Map 8A parcels 59, 59.1, and 59.2 located on Idlewood Drive. The applicant is proposing to install 1 three-story apartment complex with 12 one-bed units. This is in conjunction with a Variance request.
