This sale will be held online at WWW.STORAGEAUCTIONS.COM . Sale will include any and all items stored in the unit. Bids will be accepted from 10:00am, Friday June, 26th 2026 until Wednesday July, 1st 2026 at 10:00am. Storage units will be awarded to the highest bidders. Purchaser must pay in full, cash only, winning bid amount and a $150.00 refundable deposit (per unit). Those wishing to reclaim their property must pay any outstanding debt in full, cash only, by 10:00am Monday April, 21st 2025. There will be additional fees added at this time to remove from auction. Upon payment in full unit must be vacated.
Auctions instructions; 48 Hour Cleanup-Buyer must have unit cleaned/swept to a move in ready condition by Friday July, 3rd 2026 at 10:00am. No dumpster privileges; $150 cash cleaning deposit per unit. Buyer must contact office the following business day to confirm sale. Office is located at 445 Hornbeck Road, Morgantown, WV 26508. Unit access is only available during normal business hours. Mon-Sun 9am-4pm.
