Notice is hereby given that on the 25th day of June, 2026, at 10:15 o’clock a.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, Petitioner, Olivia Marie Burris, will apply by petition to the Circuit Court of Wood County, West Virginia, before the Honorable Judge Robert A. Waters, for the entry of an order by said Court, changing Petitioner’s name, Olivia Marie Burris to Benjamin Matthew Burris. At which time any interested party may appear and be heard, if they so desire. Further said hearing maybe be rescheduled without further notice or publication. A copy of said petition can be obtained from the undersigned clerk at their office in Wood County.
